Request a refund through paddle.net, or from the support link in the receipt Paddle emailed you. If you need help, write to us at [email protected].
If the reason is a technical problem with Foambyte, please contact us first so we can try to fix it; if we can’t, Paddle’s buyer support can help.
Your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
